Hey!! I am going to BLOOMFIELD!!! Bloomfield is about 20-30 minutes away from Farmington.  I am going to be with Elder Oakley. We are the ONLY 2 white Spanish Elders and of course we get put together!!! I know him, but not a lot.  Elder Oakley has been out for about a year and a half and is from North Carolina and was just made District Leader.  Transfers are tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m.  Nothing too exciting but it all went good this week!

It is snowing here right now!

Also my address changed for mailing things!

Sorry I don't have too much for this week because it hasn't been that busy and also we have an investigator that is getting baptized on March 21st! I'm going to talk to Pres. Batt and see if I can attend the baptism.

February 17, 2015

HEY! That is Crazy that Holden took state but then again not a big surprise either!!  Dad told me about everything with him going into the Bishopric and that is crazy that he got called to be the 2nd Counselor.

Transfers are next week and we will find out everything on Saturday night.  Transfers are every 6 weeks.

It is not that bad the AP's are making us work out with them.  It is good for us because we are losing weight haha.

Everything is getting better and better.  We had an amazing week last week. I was able to go on exchanges with the zone leaders and I took over our area. I had to teach every lesson by myself IN SPANISH so that was difficult, but I did it. Everything is going great and the crazy story for the week was when me and Elder Foster, (he is in 4th ward and we did exchanges with them), were riding bikes in the south side, which is the most scariest part of Farmington, but you never feel scared, but we were riding and this old guy drives by and we wave and he waves back and says "F-you".  We just kept waving and kept riding away. It was pretty funny. We also met a Wicken when I was with the zone leader Elder Mackay, It was interesting.  She told us how she wasn't interested but we just kept talking and before you know it she took a Book of Mormon and said she would read it. So i guess we will see this week!

Love ya,

February 9, 2015

Hey, thank you for the pictures and letting me know about Kelton. Yes I have gotten my glasses and I like them a lot, a little different but nice.

Everything is going great. We have a new investigator. His name is Joaquin and he is 11 and is the one that is progressing the most out of all of our investigators. He loves the Book of Mormon and everything we teach him. We teach his parents too, they are just a little in head of him but he is catching up pretty quick. Their family is great and we love them so much.

So most likely next transfer I might be taking over the area so that will be a little scary! But the weather here is toooooo HOT!! With a suit coat it really sucks and you get pretty tired. But Spanish is getting better and I am learning more and more everyday. Overall I am doing great and love ya and thank you so much for the package as well.
